Historic Old Court House, Santa Ana CA

The landmark Old Orange County Courthouse is Southern California's oldest court building, and as such has been witness to many of the events which shaped present day Orange County. From its dedication in 1901, this granite and sandstone building has been the traditional home of county government. Today the 30,000-square foot building has been restored to look much as it had at the turn of the last century. The building contains the Orange County History Center (which includes the Old Courthouse Museum, the Orange County Archives, and the library of the Pacific Coast Archaeological Society) as well as government offices. The building is on the National Register of Historic places and is a State of California Historic Landmark.

Elk Grove, California Sunset

Some photographs of a sunset in December in Elk Grove, California. This was my first trip to Elk Grove and I was really lucky to get this shot one evening.

A old friend comes back to life

A neighbor a few houses down from my parents is restoring this beautiful old car. It's great to see such a beauty be restored.

Dalmatian Love

I love Dalmatians. I grew up with a few and always love the chance to be around them. This time my brother gave me the chance to photograph his not so long ago. I had a blast playing and rolling around in the grass with them. Pet photography is one of my all time favorite things.

Shauna & Brad's Wedding - Torrey Pines, California

I couldn’t get over how calm and relaxed the two of them were going into their wedding day. Additionally both Shauna and Brad were exceptionally sweet. It really made the day run smooth. I love how the two seemed more concerned with enjoying the moment than stressed about minor details. The ceremony and reception were at Torrey Pines. Brad is the son of famous Nascar racer Art Pollard. Shauna is a wedding/event coordinator in Chicago.

Baby Andrew's First Birthday

This sweet one-year-old was beyond a joy to photograph. His smile was just infectious. I love this stage....not all baby....but not yet big kid. Crawling...walking...crawling...walking. I was thrilled to have been able to capture this special moment.

Jennifer & Alexander Wedding

Congratulations Jennifer & Alexander! This beautiful couple from Orange County was married at St. Angela Merici in Brea, California. I am so excited for these two and can’t wait to hear what they’re up to next.
